Covering a wide spectrum of sizes, from ø15mm to ø250mm in screw diameter, 300mm to 8000mm in screw length, and ø40mm to ø400mm in barrel outer diameter, it ensures compatibility with various applications.
The screw surface roughness is meticulously maintained at Ra0.4, guaranteeing precision and quality, while an exceptional screw straightness of 0.015mm ensures reliable performance. Crafted from high-quality 38CrMoA1-A material, the nitride screw barrel features a 0.7mm depth nitride layer with a remarkable hardness range of HRC63-68, ensuring unparalleled durability. Additionally, the bimetallic screw barrel offers two variants: the C-Class Bimetallic Material (NPT1) with a 2mm bimetallic layer and a hardness of HRC58-63, and the B-Class Bimetallic Material (NPT2), incorporating hard materials imported from Sweden, boasting a bimetallic layer hardness of HRC60.
