The NHS series incorporates Neelgiri’s 6th generation G series IMM design, featuring thicker platens with high rigidity to minimize elastic deformation and provide effective mold protection during forming and clamping operations. Standard high-speed servo-proportional valves for mold opening and closing enable rapid mold opening response, accurate positioning, and shorter cycle times.

The NHS series features mechanical direct mold clamping for uniform force transmission and larger stroke for automation. The high-rigidity 6th generation platens minimize deformation and protect molds during clamping. Infrared heaters enable fast, energy-efficient heating with closed-loop PID control. The large L/D optimization screw ensures efficient plasticization, while high-precision linear injection guides allow low-friction, high-speed, and precision molding. The advanced AUCUCHI control interface provides 1ms scan rates, ergonomic operation, data monitoring, and self-diagnostics. The hydraulic system integrates servo oil circuits for consistent temperature, extended pump life, low noise, and synchronous capabilities reducing cycle times. A modular design allows easy repair, reducing deformation for effortless forming and faster reaction with minimal oil leakage.
