The robust clamping unit features a newly strengthened locking unit with a double-toggle, five-joint clamping system, ensuring high rigidity, reliable strength, and stable movement, even at high speeds. The platens incorporate a T-slot structure, enabling fast and efficient mold installation and adjustment facilitated by a hydraulic oil motor drive.
Electrical components are carefully selected from world-renowned brands such as Schneider, Fuji, Omron, and ABB, ensuring the highest quality and reliability standards.
