Neelgiri Machinery presents the Nectar N Series Injection Molding Machine, built for accuracy and high performance. Our machine comes with modern digital controls and smart features developed by Neelgiri’s expert team. The machine includes a fully digital control system with multiple processors, automatic error detection, and warning systems. It can store up to 99 different mold settings and can be controlled remotely.

Engineered with precision, the Nectar N Series by Neelgiri features an all-digital control system with dedicated controllers and multiple CPU processing divisions. The system includes multi-functional automatic fault detection, an advanced alarm system, and storage for 99 mold processing procedures, all accessible through a convenient remote control interface.
The machine’s powerful electrical control system combines an imported Double CPU computer-based controller with a large LCD display, offering both high performance and user-friendly operation. With features like pre-set technical parameters, data protection locks, bulk storage memory, and real-time monitoring capabilities, operators maintain complete control over their processes.
Features
The Nectar N Series features a high-performance chromium plated PVC screw barrel with specially designed cooling fans for PVC, UPVC, CPVC, and Powder PVC materials. This advanced system ensures stable temperature control during injection molding, creating optimal plasticizing conditions.
The barrel comes equipped with fans and protective cover to maintain consistent material temperature control. Our precise PLC temperature control system includes a dedicated reserve program for enhanced reliability. The machine features dual core-pulling groups with two-in and two-out configurations for each group, complemented by an enlarged high torque hydraulic motor for superior plasticized capacity.
Safety and efficiency are paramount, with enlarged machine safety doors specifically designed for PVC molds with large oil cylinders, ensuring easy mold installation and operator safety. The system offers multiple core-pulling unscrew device groups, with bi-metal and stainless steel screw options available. For specialized applications, an optional PPR material screw barrel is available for PPR fittings.
The Nectar Series offers a comprehensive range of machine models from 160Ton to 800Ton, meeting diverse manufacturing requirements.
