The NE Series delivers high-speed, high-precision injection molding with a servo control circuit enabling 30ms injection response times and multifunctional automation for enhanced efficiency. Self-monitoring system control ensures reliable, fault-free operation. The high-intensity mounting design with reinforced steel reduces vibration for high accuracy and minimal defects. The 15-inch touch LCD offers intuitive, multi-language operation and stores 100 customizable mold parameter sets. The clamping unit features an inward toggle structure for faster simulated molding, optimized connecting rods, a rigid locking device for wide platens, and a high-performance platen mechanism maintaining parallelism. The high-speed, fully closed-loop control system enables precise 0.1MPa pressure control and 0.1mm/s speed control via dedicated detectors and encoders, suiting ultra-precision manufacturing. Other highlights include a low-inertia servo injection unit, energy-saving design, noise reduction, and comprehensive configuration options.
