Features
The Artize Series boasts a robust clamping unit with a strong structure for higher mold loading, 0.5 mm repeatability precision, and rapid mold open/close responses of 1.28/1.19 seconds. The adaptable modular injection unit offers faster speeds, higher pressures, 1°C material temperature control, 0.13 mm injection control accuracy, and 0.02 mm injection-to-holding precision, with efficient acceleration (81ms, 120T) and heating (26 min 29s, 120T). Quality electric hardware, intuitive software, circuit protection, and modular cabinets ensure easy operation and updates. The high-performance hydraulic unit features a servo pump, low-noise operation, oil monitoring/cooling systems, and self-sealing filters for consistent, reliable performance.
