The Viva Series boasts linear guide rails for smooth clamping motion and long service life, with modular cylinders enabling easy maintenance. Separately controlled pistons ensure precise locking, while proportional valves allow accurate, efficient positioning. The adaptable, modular injection unit features low-friction linear guides and quick-change plasticizing components for reduced energy use and simplified changeovers. High-strength castings increase mold capacity, and tie bars move without touching platens for friction-free mold open/close. The intelligent controls include auto mold height adjustment and a high-end 15″ touchscreen HMI with microprocessor control, ergonomic operation, data monitoring, and injection curve tracking for user-friendly, precise molding.
